At Bearded Mermaid, we work hard to make sure your personalised gifts and printed products arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery times and returns process.

Delivery Information

Dispatch Times
All orders are shipped within 2 working days. During busy periods (such as Christmas), this may extend slightly, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Delivery Options
We offer a range of Royal Mail services to suit your needs:

– Tracked 48 – 2 working days

– Tracked 24 – 1 working day

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and may vary during peak periods.

Double-Check Your Address!
This one’s really important, because every single order is made personalised and just for you, please make sure your delivery address is correct before you place your order.

What Happens If My Order Is Returned?
Sometimes parcels get returned to us if the address provided wasn’t quite right or was incomplete. If this happens, don’t panic — we’ll get in touch as soon as it arrives back with us!

Here’s what we can offer:

Reship your order – we’re happy to send it back out to you, you’d just need to cover the cost of the new postage.

Partial refund – if you’d prefer not to reship, we can offer a 50% refund of your order total as a goodwill gesture. Because your order was made especially for you, we’re unable to offer a full refund in these cases, we hope you understand.

Returns Policy

Personalised Items
As all personalised products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless:

– There is a mistake on our part

– The item arrives damaged

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly. We will remake or refund the item depending on the situation.

Non-Personalised Items
Non-personalised products may be returned within 7 days of delivery as long as they are:

– Unused

– In their original condition

– In the original packaging

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and checked, a refund will be issued.
